Where do you deliver?
From our base in southern Germany we supply customers throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the USA and Africa – delivery under Incoterms 2010.
How fast can you deliver?
Exceptionally short lead times are our core promise. The exact lead time depends on the product and design – replacement pelletizer knives and spare parts ship especially fast. Tell us what you need and we will give you a firm date.
Do you also manufacture to customer drawings?
Yes. Die plates, knife holders, screw barrels, stainless steel vessels and many other products are custom-made to your drawing, OEM part number or machine configuration.
Do your tools fit my pelletizer or extruder?
Yes. We manufacture to exact OEM specifications and tolerances for APM, Berstorff, Coperion, Econ, Farrel, Gala, JSW and Nordson BKG. Pelletizer knives additionally for AST, Berringer, Black Clawson, Buss Condux, Conair, Cumberland, Egan, Erema, Ikegai, Kobe, PTI, Rieter/Automatik and Werner Pfleiderer.
